Kripalu Yoga & Local Food Lunch
It was a sweet morning of Kripalu yoga, followed by a delicious local foods lunch. Take a look here on the Selma Cafe website for more photos and a post. I'm looking forward to offering a yoga practice and lunch once a month, with proceeds supporting the local foods movement here in our part of the mitten.
